Each applicant (individual as well as organization) would be required to fill in a Self-Nomination form (here) before the due date.

The entry form (nomination form) is available online on our website and must be submitted online.

Once SVPMF gets the nomination, a Application form will be sent to you. You need to fill the form with all the appropriate details, attach your CV, documents that validates your nomination in the category and a recent photograph to [email protected]. 

All the information shared should be correct and true. The organizers will not be accountable for any incomplete or inaccurate information.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed after the Judge’s verdict via mail.

Any individual / organization can apply in the Sardar Patel Award India in one or multiple categories

The Sardar Patel Award Advisory Panel would be the Knowledge Partner and may contact the applicant (individual/organization) related to their application at any time during the judging process if any questions arise
